The PenFed Foundation is here to assist those facing eviction due to unemployment caused by COVID-19. If you qualify for our Emergency Financial Assistance program and facing eviction due to loss of income caused by Covid-19, then you are eligible to apply for rental assistance for up to 4 months. You will need to provide a copy of your lease, a copy of your eviction notice, and proof of claim for unemployment benefits to be uploaded in the application.
The PenFed Rental Assistance program offers up to 4 months and without a cap on the amount including late fees. This program runs through December 2020.
Program Requirements:
-Post 9-11 Combat Veteran with a disability rating of 10% or greater.
-Proof of claim for unemployment benefits.
-Facing eviction due to loss of income.
