Supporting Military Mental Health

I commend you for the work you do! As you may know, trauma is common among military veterans. Whether it’s physical, emotional, or sexual, it’s an extremely difficult experience to overcome. Military sexual trauma (MST) is unfortunately common. According to DoD SAPRO, in 2018, 20,500 service members were sexually assaulted or raped, including 13,000 women and 7,500 men.
