When troubles come your way one way to overcome them is to believe and trust in God. If you take your problems to the Lord our God you should leave them and not brood over it. Philippians 4:6-7 says, “Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made know unto God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”

Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for loving me and helping me to love You with all my hart, to love myself as You love me, and for helping me to love others as well as myself. I trust You, Father, and though I walk amid trouble, I know You will revive me. I believe You will stretch forth Your right hand and save me from all my troubles. (Psalm 138:7) Lord, I cast all my cares upon You because I know You care for me. (1 Peter 5:7) I know that no weapon that is formed against me will prosper, for this is Your will for me as Your servant, O lord. (Isaiah 54:17) Thank You, Father. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
