On August 26, 2022, Iraq/Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA) Government Affairs Office signed the final copy of 90/10 letter attached below to the Department of Education to send a signal to the Department and is the last hurdle to clear in closing the 90/10 loophole. The National Association of American Veterans, Inc. (NAAV) along with other veterans’ service organization support IAVA with its supporters.
