Heaven or Hell: Where Will You Spend Eternity?

Hebrews 9:27 says, “It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.”

(2 Corinthians 5:10)

“Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many, to those who eagerly wait for Him. He well appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation.” (Hebrews 9:28) “Christ’s death fulfills God’s will. “Sacrifice and offering, burnt offerings, and offerings for sin You did not desire, nor had pleasure in them, “ (which are offered according to the law), then He said, ‘Behold, I come to do Your will, O God,’” “He takes away the first that He may established the second. By that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.” (Hebrews 10:8-10)

“Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh, and having a High Priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.” (Hebrews 10:19-23)

Christ came to give us eternal life. “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16). “For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” (John 3:17-19)

According to God’s Word, we can know which road we are traveling on. The Holy Bible only gives two ways leading to eternity, the broad way, and the narrow way. “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it.” (Matthew 7:13-14)

The LORD God gives us free choice; therefore, we can have whatever we choose eternal life or the lake of fire and brimstone. Millions are already on the broad way, who have not repented of their sins and been born-again of the water and the Spirit through faith in the atoning Blood of our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ.

But friends if you choose to go the narrow way, the LORD says, “I am the door, if anyone enters by Me, he will be saved.” (John 10:9). Again, the LORD says, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:6)

Then to His followers the LORD says, “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive (rapture) you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also.” (John 14:1-3)

The Holy Bible says that we are born in sin, and if we reject the LORD God’s forgiveness we will also die in sin, separated from God forever. John 3:36 says, “Whoever believes in the Son has everlasting life; and those who do not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on them.”

Have Eternal Life

Eternal life is the second great gift from the LORD God mentioned in John 3:16 and contains more than we may know. God bless those who trust in Jesus Christ with never-ending joys in His presence for all eternity. The joy of the LORD God is indescribable; He also fills our earthly lives with many wonderful blessings.

. The LORD God forgives our sins and makes you brand new in Jesus Christ.”

(Ephesians 1:7; 2 Corinthians 5:17)

. The LORD God accepts all born-again believers as His children and promises them an

inheritance in His kingdom. (Romans 8:15; 1 Peter 1:3-4)

. The LORD God send His Holy Spirit to dwell in the born-again believers, giving them

the ability to live a life that is pleasing in His sight and divine will. (Acts 2:38;

Galatians 5:16)

. The LORD God promise to be with His born-again during every challenge in life,

never leaving or forsaking us. (Romans 8:28; John 10:27-28)

Will You Receive Him Today?

Carefully read the Scripture verses provided above and in this message to you. Then talk to God saying the Sinner’s Prayer: Lord Jesus, I am sorry for my sins, and I ask You to forgive me. I open the door of my heart and receive You as my Lord and Savior. Take control of my life and begin making me that person You want me to be. Thank You, Lord Jesus for saving me. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

“This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.” (Joshua 1:8)

Your daily walk with the LORD God should include reading your Holy Bible every day; talking to God in prayer daily and finding a church where the Holy Bible is taught as the Word of God. Life is short but eternity is forever!! “Behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according to his work shall be. I am alpha and omega, the beginning, and the end, the first and the last. Blessed are they that do His commandments that they may have right to the tree of life and may enter in through the gates into the city. May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. (Revelation 22:12-14, 21)
