Encouraging Bible Verses for Women

No matter what time in life you are in, God’s Word is a powerful source for spiritual strength and encouragement. Proverbs 5:5-6 says, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart; and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths.” There are any encouraging Bible verses that you can focus on when you need faith, hope, salvation, strength, peace, forgiveness and hope. Look at the over fifty (50) selected Scripture verses below that will encourage you in your daily walk with the Lord God. So, let go of your worries and meditate on these Bible verses with faith in God that all is well and in God’s faithful and loving right hand.

The LORD has appeared of old to me, saying: ‘Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore, with loving kindness I have drawn you.” (Jeremiah 31:3)

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” (1 John 1:9)

Blessed are those whose lawless deeds are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.” (Romans 4:7)

Cast your burden on the LORD, and He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved.” (Psalm 55:22)

Peace, I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” (John 14:27)

The LORD will redeem those who serve Him. No one who takes refuge in Him will be condemned.” (Psalm 34:22)

Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God!” (1 John 3:1)

If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full.” (John 15:10-11)

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you.” (Isaiah 43:2)

If you diligently heed the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians, for I am the LORD who heals you.” (Exodus 15:26)

Have mercy on me, O LORD, for I am weak; O LORD, heal me, for my bones are troubled.” (Psalm 6:2)

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Against such there is no law. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.” (Galatians 5:22-23, 25)

A merry heart makes a cheerful countenance, but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken.” (Proverbs 15:13)

Happy are the people who are in such a state; Happy are the people whose God is the LORD!” (Psalm 144:15)

You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; at Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.” (Psalm 16:11)

Do not sorrow, for the joy of the LORD is your strength.” (Nehemiah 8:10)

God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved; God shall help her, just at the break of dawn.” (Psalm 46:5)

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8)

I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows it very well.” (Psalm 139:14)

The LORD will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.” (Exodus 14:14)

The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:7)

Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.” (Romans 5:1)

For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality; that each of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor.” (1 Thessalonians 4:3-4)

Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. Abstain from every form of evil.” (1 Thessalonians 5:”16-18, 22)

Grace to you and peace from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for our sins, that He might deliver us from this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.” (Galatians 1:3-5)

And do not be confirmed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” (Romans 12:2)

For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.” (Matthew 18:20)

Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.” (Romans 5:5)

The LORD bless you and keep you; The LORD make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; the LORD lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace.” (Numbers 6:24-26)

These Scripture verses given to you are promises from our LORD God to be received by faith. We must seek to grow in faith as we mature, keeping this great truth “For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them” (Matthew 18:20) in the forefront of our minds that we can be encouraged to pray together for Jesus to accomplish His purposes and return for His bride soon.

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, You have not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7) Lord God, as a woman I am special and loved by You. I trust in You knowing that all is well, and all will be well as a stay in your Word and come before your Throne of Grace daily giving You praise, honor and glory for your amazing love and grace. LORD help me to be joyful in hope, patient in affection, and faithful in prayer. LORD, fill me with Your love, joy, peace, and hope as I trust in You by the power of the Holy Spirit dwelling within me. (Romans 12:12,15:13) LORD, please keep me in your acceptable and perfect will now and forever. In Jesus’s name, I pray. Amen.
