God’s Salvation

Do you need to be saved? The Bible says, “God is holy. No sin can ever enter His presence, for “righteousness and judgement are the habitation of His throne” (Psalm 97:2). Human kind is sinful. “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). Sin separates us from God and it is impossible for human kind to be saved by works or merits. Isaiah 59:2 says, “But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hidden His face from you.”

Can I be saved?

Yes, you can be saved. God sent His Son to be your Savior. I John 4:10 says, “Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us, and sent His Son to be the Propitiation of our sins.” Our living Savior says, “Come unto Me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28).
Forgiveness of sins and salvation can be yours today. 1 Peter 3:18 says, “For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God.”

How can I be saved?

Confess your sins to God and agree that you cannot save yourself. Romans 5:8 says, “God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Therefore, believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for your sins and ask Him to be your Savior today. “As many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name” (John 1:12).
If you confess the Lord Jesus Christ before others the Bible says in Romans 10:9 “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”
“Most assuredly, I say to you, the hour is coming, and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God; and those who hear will live.” (John 5:24)

Can you get right with God today?

“Behold now is the acceptable time; behold, now is the day of salvation.” (II Corinthians 6:2)

What are the conditions of salvation?

The two conditions of salvation are repentance and faith. Luke 13:5 says, “Unless you repent you will all
likewise perish.” “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.”
(Acts 16:31)

How can you be ready when our Lord Jesus Christ Returns?

“Jesus said except a man is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.” (John 3:3,5, 16-17)

Are you ready to meet the Lord should He come today?

You can be if you are willing to accept the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Savior. “He that believes on the Son has everlasting life: and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.” (John 3:36) “Jesus said unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:6) “Neither is there salvation in any other; for there is none other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12)

“… and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanses us from all sin.” (1 John 1:7) “If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.” (John 15:7)

Sinner’s Prayer: Lord Jesus, I am sorry for my sins and I ask You to forgive me. I open the door of my heart and receive You as my Lord and Savior. Take control of my life and begin making me that person you want me to be. Thank You, Lord Jesus for saving me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Your daily walk with the Lord should include reading your Bible every day; talking to God in prayer daily, and finding a church where the Bible is taught as the Word of God. Life is short but eternity is forever! “Behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with Me, to give everyone according his work. I am Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last. Blessed are they that do His commandments that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all.” (Revelation 22:12-14, 21)
